1 – Acceptance
These General Conditions of Use of the Site determine the rules of access to the Site and its conditions of use. The user acknowledges accepting the said Conditions without reservation simply by virtue of his connection to the Site and undertakes to respect them.

The NMFA will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever caused by a saturation attack, by viruses, or by other technologically harmful elements that could infect the user’s computer equipment, its programs computer, its data, or other elements due to the use of the Site or the downloading of any document displayed on it or on any website linked to it.

To the extent permitted by law and commitments expressly made by the NMFA, on the Site, neither the NMFA nor any of its affiliated organizations, nor its managers, employees, or other representatives, can be held responsible for damages, including in particular any loss of data, income, opportunity or profit, as well as any request from third parties resulting from or in connection with the use of the Site, the information, content, elements or products presented on said site.
